MY EXPERIENCE

After significant experience in the large-scale distribution sector, Paolo Pradelli moved to Sardinia in 2006, where he applied his managerial skills as a consultant for a hotel company operating in Oristano. In a short time, thanks to his pragmatic approach and strong managerial ability, he took on the management of two establishments, marking the beginning of a successful entrepreneurial journey.

Very active in the field of professional training, he collaborates with regional centres and hotel schools, contributing to the growth and qualification of the local workforce, with the aim of ensuring sustainable quality hospitality in the long term.

In 2012, he founded and personally financed Pradelli Gestioni Srl, a company that today is a reference point for mid-to-high-end tourism in the province of Oristano, with a clear vision: enhancing the territory through hospitality excellence.
